If you are using our mobile app, you can permanently delete your account and all associated game data at any time from in-game Settings → Delete Account, without contacting us. Deletion requires a grace period (currently 7 days), during which you may log in and cancel the request; after the grace period, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Purchase records are retained separately for the period required by applicable law (e.g. e-commerce consumer protection regulations) regardless of account deletion. This in-app deletion applies only to your mobile app account. If your account is linked to another platform (e.g. CrazyGames), only the link is removed — that platform's account and data are not deleted by this action, and must be deleted separately through that platform. If you are unable to access your account (e.g. lost access), please contact us at the email below instead.
